‘Jurassic World’ Ride Vehicles Unveiled for Universal Studios Beijing
If you haven’t already heard, Universal Studios has a huge project in the works over in Beijing, China. The Universal Beijing Resort will be the fifth location for Universal Studios worldwide. This highly anticipated theme park destination is projected to open during the summer of 2021. We’ve now got the scoop on what some of the ride vehicles will be for a popular attraction!

The Jurassic World land is expected to open with the resort next year. Beijing isn’t the only location, however, with an exciting land from the Jurassic Park franchise. Both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Orlando have attractions featuring your favorite dinosaurs.
Jurassic World Ride Vehicles
One of Beijing’s coming attractions will be a Jurassic World themed dark ride. According to an article from COLLIDER, the technology for this ride was rumored to be groundbreaking. It now appears that Universal Beijing will be relying on a familiar ride vehicle, instead of developing something new.

If this ride vehicle looks familiar to you, it is because it is the same vehicle used for the popular Spiderman and Transformers attractions here in the United States. The folks at COLLIDER theorized that Universal may have been attempting to recreate the “Gyrosphere” ride vehicle seen in the film. That would have been incredible, but we are sure this attraction will still be great!
