What a fun event! Start your evening with a charming reception, sample rum, and enjoy live entertainment before being seated for dinner. The evening takes places outside in the gorgeous Cayman Court.
Then indulge in a special five-course dinner paired with the finest Privateer Rum – true American rums aged in New England.

The hotel’s award-winning chefs and rum captains will present the new offerings, and Andrew Cabot (founder of Privateer Rum) shares his stories behind the various rums.
Cabot is also the ancestor of the original Andrew Cabot who was a merchant, rum distiller, and successful American privateer in the 18th century during the American Revolution.

THE QUEEN’S MARQUE | Braised Wild Boar Shoulder – Pear chutney, tostones, toasted garlic mojo.
