Think unique flavors and authentic cuisine! Florida’s biggest party boasts some awesome bites and specialty drinks from New Orleans.

Universal’s award-winning chefs bring a delicious array of foods and encourage you to free your inner foodie with sweet, savory, and spicy dishes from around the globe  including:

Germany-Chicken Schnitzel
Breaded Chicken Cutlet served with baked Cheese Spaetzle

Mexico- Chilaquiles Verdes
Pulled roasted Chicken, Corn Tortilla, Tomatillo Salsa Verde, Oaxaca & Cotija

China- Szechuan Noodle Salad (NEW ITEM)
Chinese Noodle, Spicy Black Vinegar Dressing, Cucumbers, Cilantro, Scallions,

Puerto Rico- Pastelons (NEW ITEM)
