Get ready for treats- three UOAP-exclusive dishes are available.
- VIVO Italian Kitchen brings back a returning favorite with its Cacio E Pepe, featuring bucatini pasta, pecorino cheese, roasted garlic, black pepper, and parsley.
- Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food introduces a Tlayuda, a crispy flour tortilla topped with refried beans, chilorio pork, queso fresco, pickled onions, watermelon radish, and lime crema.
- Voodoo Doughnut features the NSFD Not Safe For Dogs Doughnut, a yeast doughnut topped with peanut butter velvet, chocolate frosting, and crushed cinnamon cereal.
Inside the Parks
Inside Universal, some of your favorite restaurants are offering some delicious eats!

- Head to Island of Adventure and check out Mythos Restaurant for Pork DanDan Noodles. This Sichuan-inspired dish includes ground hoisin pork, chili, tahini, and soy sauce served over rice noodles and spinach, finished with scallions, peanuts, and bean sprouts.
Universal Studios Florida rounds out the lineup with two more exclusives.

- Chez Alcatraz debuts the Medjai Mule, made with gin, bourbon, lime juice, agave nectar, and ginger beer.
- Lombard’s Seafood Grille offers a Mixed Seafood Grill featuring tuna, jumbo shrimp, mussels, and andouille sausage with marble potatoes, garlic aioli, and chimichurri.
