Delicious Bites from Universal Orlando!
Yum! Universal Orlando boasts an excellent selection of tasty eats and delicious bites. And on one of my most recent visits, I had to indulge!

Some classic treats and new discoveries! I can’t wait to share them all with you. Read on and discover these delicious bites from Universal Orlando!
Papa Bravas- Southeast Asia: Volcano Planet Kiosk
This kiosk boasted a few delicious options, but the Papa Bravas caught my eye. Featuring crispy roasted potatoes, optional salsa bravas, garlic aioli, and parsley!
This was a perfect afternoon bite at Universal Studio.
Romeo and Juliet Coxinha- Brazil Kiosk
Soft, warm, and perfectly dough-y! I loved this snack. The guava and cheese filled pastry bites were soft and sweet. And perfectly delicious!
Tomato Basil Arancini- Italy Kiosk
Yum! You will love this fried risotto filled with tomato basil mascarpone and a spicy arribiata sauce. I loved the fresh and spicy flavors of this yummy dish and the serving was just enough.
This dish was crispy and mouth watering with just the right amount of garlic.
Edamame Potstickers and Tuna Poke- Lombard’s Seafood Grille
I have always loved eating at Lombard’s. The waterfront views, nautical theme, and delicious eats make it a perfect stop in the middle of a fun-filled theme park day.
And the delicious potstickers were an excellent app to start with. Savor a Bed of Napa cabbage, sesame seeds, and wasabi ponzu dipping sauce.
And my entree was even better! Feast on Sushi-grade ahi tuna marinated in soy garlic sauce, frisée lettuce, scallions, tomatoes, avocado, wasabi, red onion, cucumber, crispy nori chip with furikake seasoning. It was light and tasty and a great lunch option!
The Gaea Smash Universal Studios
So I know this is about Universal eats but I had to share my new favorite drink! I washed down alll of this yummy food with the Mardi Gras Gaea Smash!
Sip on New Amsterdam Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, sparkling mineral water, and fresh purple opal basil. Fizzy, refreshing, and delish!
Poolside Donut?
Yep! Did you know you can indulge in the bright pink larger-than- life donut poolside? Lard’s Lad in Springfield is not the only place to grab this delicious bite. I enjoyed mine lounging poolside at the Portofino.
This delicious donut us smothered in sweet pink frosting and topped with colorful candy sprinkles! What goes better with sun than sugar, frosting, and carbs? Nothing in my opinion.
