Comfy Shoes are a Must!
Universal Orlando is big! The resort encompasses approximately 840 acres and features 3 awesome theme parks including Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, and Volcano Bay.

That means plenty of rides, awesome experiences, and a lot of fun!
It also mean you will be walking… a lot! Those comfy shoes are an absolute must! Especially at the end of a long, but fun-filled day. Choose wisely and make sure you have great support for standing in lines and exploring the parks on foot!
Stay Hydrated!

Orlando is hot, especially if you are visiting in the spring and summer. Staying hydrated and drinking water is the way to go.
You can purchase water throughout the park at all Dining locations and kiosks. You can also simply ask for a plastic cup and get free ice water throughout the day.

Utilize a Small Bag for the Essentials!
I highly recommend carrying as little as possible with you. It makes for an easier day.
A smaller bag allows you to carry just what you need without adding extra bulk to your day. And remember- some of your favorite rides and coasters make you check that bag into a locker. For safety reasons you cannot hold your bag on the ride.

A small bag means free locker rental for the duration you are on the ride. These Single-time use lockers are available at specific attractions and are are free while you ride. If you have a larger bag, you need a larger lockers (12 in x 13 in x 16.9 in) that can be rented for an additional fee.
Have a Portable Phone Charger!

Whether connecting with family and friends or utilizing the mobile app- you will want a charged phone!
