Rosas’ family has hired civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who is calling for transparency regarding the circumstances of her death.
“Mrs. Rosas went to the park to enjoy time with her children and grandchildren, expecting a safe and joyful experience,” Crump said. “Instead, her family is now left grieving and searching for answers.”

In a statement from Crump’s office, the family emphasized their demand for clarity, adding that they are “seeking answers and full transparency regarding the circumstances surrounding her death.”
Crump said his team plans to “thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding this tragedy and ensure her family’s voice is heard.”
