Are you a Universal Orlando fan? Do you frequently visit the parks? When you visit as often as we do, you notice the big and little changes happening all around you.
Our UniversalParksBlog team had a great day visiting Universal Orlando Resort, and we noticed quite a bit of change and refurb happening in the parks, especially in Islands of Adventures.
Islands of Adventure
Construction walls and new signage are up and we have all the photos! Let’s take a closer look at the changes happening in Islands of Adventure!
Universal Updates
Our team noticed general updates happening throughout Islands of Adventure, but a lot of refurb was happening in Super Hero Island.
Several construction walls are up blocking off specific areas.
And more grey walls are blocking sections of ground in Super Hero Island.
The merchandise locations are blocked off by dark purple walls too.
Here is another great look at the construction in front of Chill Ice Cream.
Even though there are plenty of walls and barricades up, the island continues with it’s Marvel theming.
Pictures of superheroes appear on all of the construction walls.
More refurb being done, and this time in front of the Marvel Comic Shop.
Our team does not have specific details, but it is not uncommon for the parks to do a refresh and update right before the holidays.
