Childcare Services at Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Orlando Resort offers a number of childcare service options in the parks and the hotels. From nursing facilities to in hotel babysitting, there are many options for your little ones.
Options For Children And Families
- All park restrooms have diaper-changing stations for your convenience. In select locations, you’ll also find family restrooms that offer additional space and privacy.
- Nursing facilities are available in the First Aid Station at Family Services, located to the right of the Lost And Found in Universal Studios Florida™, at the Health Services main station, located on Canal Street in the New York area, in the First Aid Station at Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, and in the First Aid Station at Universal’s Volcano Bay.
- Single or double strollers are available for rent upon entering Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, or you may bring your own stroller if you find it more convenient. Strollers and Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) will not be available for rent at Universal’s Volcano Bay™.
- If your children are too small or unwilling to go on a particular ride that you want to experience, take advantage of our “child swap” program. Each ride and attraction has a family room where one member of your party can wait with the little ones while the rest of your party rides. Once they are finished, switch places so whoever rode can stay with the kids, and the adult(s) who sat out can enjoy the ride.
Resort Kids Camps located at the Universal Orlando Hotels (temporarily suspended)
With our Children’s Activity Centers, kids can enjoy fun and entertainment while the adults enjoy time to themselves. The night is yours, and the kids are safe with us.
At each location, you can drop off your children for a night full of games, movies, arts and crafts, snacks, and other activities. Our highly trained staff will entertain the kids until you return to collect them.
Activity Centers are open during select evening hours and are available to children ages 4–14 (must be toilet trained).
There is a fee (based on the number of children and hours spent in the center) and advance reservations are recommended.
