The closest to HHN we'll get this year 😷 #HalloweenHorrorNights #HHN #UniversalOrlando pic.twitter.com/esSIaaPOsa

The most interesting thing about the announcement was that the Tribute Store facade was just put up this week.
This truly is the closest anyone will get to a HHN this year. Hoping that next years is twice as good!

Universal Customer Service
@UniversalORL is amazing! Literally just 2 nights ago during my first use of this glass, I noticed it was beginning to peel. I contacted them that night about swapping/replacing it and the next morning I had a reply. pic.twitter.com/sBxsk6YMzL

As we have been saying all along, Universal’s customer service is unmatched!

“Long” Wait for Hagrid’s
Hagrid’s virtual line return queue now stretches into the Sindbad courtyard but the actual wait is still around 20 minutes. Frustrating that guests ahead & behind me kept pulling their face masks down even after reminders from TMs. 😷 @UniversalORL ^@skubersky pic.twitter.com/BxTWOSx54R

The “long” wait times for the best attractions on property are at most twenty minutes, not too bad!
Trip of 77!
16 years ago. Orlando. Family of 77. 3 Days at Disney. 1 Day at Universal Orlando. Lost and Found. Audio Adrenaline. Matching Spiderman Pajamas. Connecting with my big brother. packing the VW. Jesus Painter. Best of all was the amazing @lcmsgathering of 2004. pic.twitter.com/3CWf7rJUNK

This is insane! Imagine the planning that went into a trip of 77!
I would not know where to even begin.

This article by Eyewitness news somewhat dives into the reasoning for the cancellations.
The obvious reasoning is to stop the potential spread of COVID-19, but why wait until after a store facade is put up?
