Mardi Gras is back at Universal Orlando in 2021! And, even though it might be modified experience from previous years, it promises to be EPIC!

The 2021 Universal Orlando Mardi Gras International Flavors of Carnaval is an international food festival with cuisine and entertainment inspired ny international Carnaval celebrations. Guests are invited to sample flavors from several locations around the globe including Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Germany, Spain, New Orleans, and more. In addition, jaw-dropping floats will be on display, as well as street entertainment, music, beads, and much more all throughout the park!

A Colorful Culinary Journey

SPECTACULAR FLOATS

A fleet of Pirate Treasure themed floats will be on display throughout the Park in addition to classic Universal Mardi Gras floats.

ENTERTAINMENT SURPRISES

As you enjoy the Festival, you will see everything from street entertainers to roving musicians and so much more!

MUSIC PLAZA STAGE

Stop by this outdoor courtyard environment to snap a selfie with one of the three floats around the stage. Or, pull up a chair and relax with some good eats and drinks under the sparkling lights.

Mardi Gras Tribute Store

Let the good times roll while exploring the Mardi Gras Tribute Store featuring excluisve festival merchandise and photo ops in the these themed rooms:

• A hopping jazz parlor straight out of the 1920s with dueling pianos and bellowing brass
• A flower-filled nautical cemetery, where many sea captains were laid to rest
• A waterfront warehouse, where all manner of smuggled treasures and trinkets are stashed

In addition, the Mardi Gras Tribute Store will offer special food offerings. And, if you can’t make it to Universal, you will be soon be able to purchase your merchandise online!
