‘Universal Pay’ Mobile Payment Offer Launches for Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Orlando Resort has launched a new feature for their mobile app that allows Guests to use the new payment option called “Universal Pay”. With this latest update, Guests can make purchases using the contactless payment method with their smartphone.
Guests must have a debit or credit saved under the payment method in their My Wallet section of the app. You can get to that by clicking the 3 lines in the top left corner of the screen. Once that is set up, the app will proceed to ask you to confirm your card’s security code, then it will generate a QR code for the Universal Team Member to scan for the payment.
This feature also offers for Guests to set up a “Spending Limit” option for themselves, or their family. Makes it easy for that vacation budget.
Whether you are budgeting for a family or limiting yourself, the new feature also includes a “Spending Limit” option. From there, you can set up a daily limits or set it for no charging privileges for each member of your family.
“Universal Pay” is accepted at Universal-owned stores only.
