This bite is a Universal classic, and I had to get it! Bite into a salty and savory fried ribbon potato that is thinly sliced and delish!
Skewered, Gluten Free and Vegan, this is great for a quick snack or bite-on-the-go. The booth also includes a Cajun Twisted Frank and optional Chorizo Queso! Yum!
King Cake Mardi Gras Macaron-Mardi Gras Tribute Store
For $5, this yummy delight was the perfect afternoon sweet! Head to the Mardi Gras Tribute Store for awesome merchandise and a roomful of decadent sweets.
My favorite are the colorful macarons and I had 3 flavors to choose from!
I decided on the King Cake macaron and I wasn’t disappointed. The green and blue cookie was perfectly sweet and I love the Mardi Gras theming!
Mardi Gras Shaker Cake- Mardi Gras Tribute Store
Would you pay $18 for cake? I was pleasantly surprised by this Chocolate Caramel Bourbon shaker cake located in the Mardi Gras Tribute Store. In addition, they store also had margarita flavors and a citrus Hurricane Shaker Cake.
The rich cake features layers of sweet caramel, rich frosting, and delicious chocolate cake in a souvenir cup. Craving some other goodies? Check out the Chocolate-dipped bacon, cookie dough balls, king cake whooping pies and more! This sweet location offers plenty of Mardi-Gras inspired sweets.
Sweet Corn Johnny Cake- Floribbean: Cape Canaveral Kiosk

Located by Lombard’s, this vegan bite was perfect! The Sweet Corn Johnny Cake features a corn cake that is soft and sweet.
The tasty bite features Pulled jerk jackfruit, blood orange crema, avocado, and yellow mole sauce and creates a unique blend of textures and flavors. This is a great option when paired with a Goombay Smash or Cape Guayaba
