ICYMI: Today is the Last Chance to Experience Poseidon’s Fury
It is a sad day, Universal and Island of Adventure fans. Today is the last chance to experience Poseidon’s Fury at Universal Orlando Resort.

Earlier this year, Universal Orlando officially announced that the popular attraction was closing, much to the dismay of attraction enthusiasts everywhere.
This announcement came shortly after the attraction had undergone refurbishment and re-opened in March 2023.
Universal has not announced what could replace Poseidon’s Fury but has shared that there are “exciting new experiences” in the works.
This is just one of many changes happening right now at Universal Orlando.

Nested in the Lost Continent in Universal’s Islands of Adventure, have you experienced this awesome action adventure? The attraction opened in 1999 and quickly became a fan fave.
If you have not experienced Poseidon’s Fury, you have one last opportunity today.
Follow an archeologist guide and venture through the ruins of the ancient Temple of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea.
Experience special effects, fireballs bursting, lasers, and a water tunnel as everything erupts around you. You will love this spectacular special effects experience.

The “tours” are operating all day with the final experience requiring a wristband at 8:15pm.
As of noon today, all wristbands had been handed out.
This is one of the original attractions in Islands of Adventure and fans are sad to see it go.
