NEW Taste of Terror Dining Event Coming to Universal Orlando!
Are you ready for spooky season?! It might be summer, but Universal is gearing up for that festively frightful time of year.
Halloween Horror Nights preparations are already underway, we’ve seen some themed merchandise in the parks, and there are even pumpkins out and about! And now, there’s a special event coming next month to help you get in the spirit.
Taste of Terror
A special dining event is coming to Universal Studios Florida before Halloween Horror Nights! Taste of Terror will be an all-you-care-to-enjoy preview of select Halloween Horror Nights food and drinks before the event officially kicks off in September.
The event will take place on select nights from August 10th through 26th. Do note that in addition to buying a ticket for the event, you also need a ticket to get into the park — regular admission is NOT included.
Here’s everything included in the event:
- An exclusive (before event start) all you care to enjoy preview of select food & beverage items that will be featured at Halloween Horror Nights this year (tasting size portions).
- All Non-Alcoholic beverages
- Alcohol beverages via a hosted bar. Must be 21+ with valid photo ID to drink.
- Souvenir Halloween Horror Nights light-up cup (21+ Only)
- Halloween Horror Nights Coca-Cola Freestyle cup (separate fee applies to activate)
- One digital download of a photo taken at the Taste of Terror
Buying a ticket for the event also will only be valid for ONE night of the event. The dates are: August 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th and 26th.
Check-in time will be from 6-6:30PM at the end of the street that’s past Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon inside Universal Studios Florida. The event will be from approximately 6:30PM to 8:30PM.
As for the price, it’s $159.99 per person, plus tax.
This could definitely be a cool way to try out the food of Halloween Horror Nights in advance of the event! It could help you determine what’s worth getting again, or it could even let you try some event-exclusive food without you actually having to attend Horror Nights (great for people who don’t like scary things!).
You can get tickets over on Universal Orlando’s website! Check out our post for more info.
