Photos: Here are the Newest Updates from Universal Orlando Resort!
Hello Universal fans! There is a lot of excitement happening at the Universal Orlando Resort right now!
We are less than 24 hours away from the official opening of Minion Land, the parks are getting ready for Halloween Horror Nights, and construction is coming along for Dreamworks land.
Our UniversalParksBlog team has some amazing photos and first-looks at the updates happening across the Universal theme parks right now.
Let’s check out the progress!
Halloween Horror Nights Round-Up at Universal Studios
OK HHN fans! We are getting closer to the opening of this premier halloween event. The house line- ups have been announced, the merchandise is released, and we are ready.
Universal Studios has been busy getting ready too! Check out these pics of the entrance truss (normally near Minion Mayhem, but now moved to the Universal Studios Store)!
Another great look as you enter the park.
These trusses are located all around the park and help set the scene for HHN.
More set up is happening in front of the UNIVRS store.
And as you walk down Hollywood Boulevard.Â
I love this section of the park!
So cool! We can see the beginnings of the Central Park scare zone.
More trusses, lighting, and barriers are set up!
And the HHN progress continues as head towards Men in Black near the back the park.
Here is another look.
More evidence of HHN as we enter San Francisco!
Universal is definitely ready for this year’s event! Don’t forget there are 10 Haunted Houses and 5 scare zones.
And there is plenty of live entertainment to experience in between riding your favorite attractions.
Are you ready for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights?
Dreamworks Land Update
Our team also caught up on the newest updates for Dreamworks land.
It seems like Universal Orlando Resort just shared this exciting announcement-and construction is happening daily.
Though most of the progress is hidden from guest view.
Our team did get some great shots of the construction happening and the attractions starting to form.
Yellow tarps and green barricades block the construction, but we can see a little of the progress that is happening each day. We can’t wait for this new area to open!
