FIRST LOOK: Stranger Things 4 Haunted House at Halloween Horror Nights
If you’ve been following along with us here at Universal Parks Blog you’ll know that we’re braving the elements to attend the first Halloween Horror Night event. Top of our list is queuing up for the incredible Haunted Houses available for adult guests to enjoy. We’ve already given you a first look at ‘The Last of Us’ Haunted House and now we’re visiting Eleven, Hopper, Mike, and the rest of the gang to thwart Vecna’s evil attempts at destruction.
A highlight of the Stranger Things 4 Haunted House is the chance to confront Vecna in his blood-red mindscape.
When we arrived at the Stranger Things Haunted House the line was already 50 minutes long.
As you can see, the queue starts near Race Through New York.
We suspect that this may be the most popular Haunted House of the 2023 Halloween Horror Nights Season.
This Haunted House is, of course, inspired by the beloved science-fiction series created by the Duffer Brothers. The show first aired on Netflix in 2015 with the last season airing in May and July 2022.
The series is set in the 1980s and follows a group of teenagers living in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana.
The group of friends stumble upon an alternate dimension known as the Upside Down.
Here’s a look at the huge crowd that turned up for the Stranger Things Haunted House.
Our bloggers absolutely LOVED this attraction! They gave the Stranger Things Haunted House a 10 out of 10 and said that the actors were nothing short of phenomenal. The Haunted House literally starts right at the beginning of Stranger Things Season 4. You are walked through the key moments in the season right down to the big Vecna climax.
This is an absolute must-do for fans of the hit Netflix series.
Though filming isn’t allowed inside of the haunted houses, we can confirm that you start out in Eddie’s trailer with Chrissy. We were shocked at how much the actors looked like the characters in the series.
From there you enter the lab where Eleven had her flashbacks. Again, the actor playing eleven was 10 out of 10! The Stranger Things Haunted House covers all of the scenes from the most reason season culminating in a showdown in the upside down with Vecna. Fans of Eddie will also be delighted to know that Universal incorporated the epic “Master of Puppets” scene! It was just as EPIC as it was in the series.
