Universal Orlando Makes Recognizing Team Members Easier With New In-App Fist Bumps

Universal Orlando Resort is making it easier than ever for guests to recognize outstanding Team Members during their visit.

Beginning July 28, guests can submit a #UOFistBumps recognition directly through the official Universal Orlando app, giving visitors a fast and convenient way to celebrate memorable service.

The new feature follows the same process as guest email compliments! However, the update streamlines the experience by allowing guests to submit compliments without leaving the app.

Universal hopes the addition encourages even more guests to recognize the Team Members who help create unforgettable moments throughout the parks and resorts.

Whether someone goes above and beyond with exceptional service, shares insider tips, or helps make a vacation extra special, guests now have a simple way to say “thank you” before they leave the park.

This is a great way to recognize and thank the UO team members for going above and beyond. You can also stop by Guest Services, complete an online Contact Us form, or leave positive messages on social media with @UniversalORL or @UniversalOrlandoResort.

Just be sure to include the employee’s first name, hometown, interaction date/time, location, and what they did to make your experience special.
