Where To Find The Food You Love at Universal Parks Orlando
I’ve got just the post for all of your Universal Foodies. There are so many awesome treats available across the theme parks that knowing where to start can be tricky. But that’s where we here at UniversalParkBlog come in! With a little help from our friends at Universal, we’ve honed in on some of our favorite eats and treats to get you started!

BEST PIZZA:
Margarita Pizza – Sal’s Market Deli – Sometimes it is the simple things in life that are the most delicious. That’s why we think the Margherita Pizza at Sal’s Market Deli (Loews Portofino Bay Hotel) Is simply divine. Its made with roma tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella.
Funghi at Red Oven Pizza Bakery-Another great option for mushroom lovers. This tasty pie features a medley of mushrooms, red onions, fontina, mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, thyme and roasted portabello white truffle oil emulsion.
BEST HAMBURGER
Kitchen Burger – Hard Rock Hotel Orlando – We are a HUGE fan of the Kitchen Burger at none other than the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando it features Black Angus beef, bacon, cheddar, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle horseradish aioli.
BEST COCKTAIL
Last Typhoon at Strong Water Tavern – Head over to Sapphire Falls Resort for one of our favorite tipples. This drink is made with Don Q Anejo, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit.
Smoked Tequila Old Fashioned – Also at the Strong Water Tavern, this classic cocktail is simple yet wonderful and is made up of Diplomatico, Fireball Syrup and Double Bitters.
BEST SALAD
Chopped Barbecue Grilled Chicken -NBC Sports Grill & Brew- Romaine, iceberg, corn, black beans, roasted peppers, smoked gouda, tomatoes, crispy tabasco onions, avocado. and BBQ ranch dressing.
Prosciutto and Arugula Salad – This salad is topped high with prosciutto, organic first pressed extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon, cured tomatoes and shaved Parmigiano – Reggiano.
BEST SUSHI
The Prime Time Filet & Lobster Roll – The Cowfish (Universal CityWalk) – Featuring lobster, cucumbers, seared filet mignon, pan-friend portobello mushroom slices, truffle oil, green onions and spicy mayo it is a thing of beauty. This lobster roll also comes with a side of pounded ginger sauce.
Tropical Roll – Orchid Court (Loews Royal Pacific Resort) – A taste of the islands, this Sushi comes with Shrimp tempura, pineapple, avocado, kani eel sauce, spicy mayo and toasted coconut flakes.
BEST STEAK
Filet Mignon – The Palm (Hard Rock Hotel Orlando)- For some of the best Filet Mignon we’ve ever had, head over to the Hard Rock Hotel for your choice of a 14 oz or 18 oz USDA Prime beef, corn fed, hand-selected filet mignon that has been aged a minimum of 35 days. It also comes topped with parsley butter.
Prime Bone-In Rib-Eye Steak – The Palm (Hard Rock Hotel Orlando) – 22 oz of deliciousness, this ribeye cut is corn fed, hand-selected and aged a minimum of 35 days. USDA Prime corn fed beef has abundant marbling that makes the beef more tender, juicy and flavorful.
BEST BEER
862 IPA at NBC Sports Grill & Brew (Universal CityWalk)
Ingredients: floral, citrus, grapefruit and pine aroma balanced with a medium-high hop bitterness
(Worth noting, the 862 IPA is one of 100+ beer options at this location.)

Parmesan Bacon Truffle Fries at The Cowfish (Universal CityWalk)
Ingredients: house fries with truffle and parmesan cheese, applewood bacon and chives
Other recommendations: Fly Boy Beef & Cheese Fries at Jake’s American Bar (Loews Royal Pacific Resort)
BEST ICE CREAM
Cookie Jar Milkshake at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen (Universal CityWalk)
Ingredients: vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream, blended cookies, topped with crumbled cookies and a whole chocolate chip cookie
The Waturi Fusion Ice Cream Cone at Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park
Ingredients: banana, blue raspberry, orange and strawberry soft serve ice cream served in a waffle cone
Best Donut
Eight Mile at Voodoo Doughnut (Universal CityWalk)
Ingredients: plain cake doughnut with vanilla frosting and covered in mini M&M’s
