Pick a Meeting Place

Before you even enter the park, identify an easy meeting place in case your family gets separated. Guest Services and entrance turnstiles are perfect options and easy to find! Both are located at the front of the park making it easy to find and identify!
Carry Important Contact Info
Young children and family members should carry (or memorize) contact information in case you become separated.
Each family is different, some selecting to put contact info on lanyards or have important info saved in special apps or phones. You choose what works best for you!

Also, help kids know that Team Members wear special name tags ! If they get lost look for a person wearing the UO name tag and they can immediately help!
Young Children Get In Free
Children under three years old get into Universal for free! They also have access to numerous themed play areas in each theme park.
Check these fun spots out when the little ones need some time to play or take a break in the day:
If I Ran the Zoo™
Me Ship the Olive®
Camp Jurassic
Fievel’s Playland
Curious George Goes to Town
Bring Extras!

Consider bringing extra snacks, extra shoes, and extra clothing….especially if young children like the water rides. It is an easy way to remain comfy throughout the day.
Extra snacks help keep costs down and provide fuel and enough energy to keep going on a busy day! Of course, Universal offers plenty of tasty treats and snacks too!
Changing Station and Baby Care Needs

There are diaper changing stations in the majority of men’s, women’s, and family restrooms around each of the theme parks.
Forget diapers, wipes, or basic baby care needs? No problem! Check out one of the flagship stores in the parks. You can also check in with a Team Member and they can provide with you with the closest merchandise location for anything you need.
The Mom Spot

The first aid locations at the front of the theme parks offer a calm, cool, and quiet place for moms to relax and re-charge. This quiet spot features a nursing station where you can sit, relax, and feed your baby in comfort and privacy.
Stroll Around in Comfort
One less thing to worry about and carry when you take advantage of stroller rentals! Universal offers single and double bright blue strollers for rent!
Stroller rentals are located at the front of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
Note: You can also bring your own stroller!
Child Swap Program

I love this! Did you know that if you have young children or anyone in your party that doesn’t want to go on a certain ride, you can simply swap places!
Every attraction has a child swap area where one person waits while the rest of the party rides. Once they are finished, simply switch places so whoever rode can stay in the child swap area and now the adult who sat out experiences the ride! No waiting in line again or missing out on the fun!
