Good morning Universal fans! Can you believe the weather that is hitting Central Florida today? And at the start of spring break? These chilly temps may affect your vacation plans.
Unfortunately, this means Universal’s Volcano Bay Closed Today due to Cold Weather!

Due to cold weather, Universal Parks Blog usually reports closings through January and February. The Central Florida area has enjoyed sunny skies and moderate temps these last few weeks.
Unfortunately, Orlando is experiencing a brief cold spell. The good news? It is still sunny and there are still plenty of other ways to have fun while visiting Universal Orlando .
Universal Announces Weather Closure

Universal Orlando announced the weather updates and impacts on the parks this weekend via their social media pages.
Central Florida Weather Forecast 
Today’s weather is calling for all sun and low temps for most of the day. Clouds are expected to roll in around 3pm.
According to the Weather Channel, Orlando will be experiencing some cooler temps and sporadic rain in the next few days. But good news- still lots of sun!
The best thing to do? Check the weather apps frequently, dress accordingly, and get out into the parks to experience the fun!

Even though the temperatures have dropped, the fun is still going strong at the other Universal theme parks. Head over to Universal Studios and experience Mardi Gras or I visit Islands of Adventure to experience plenty of fun and immersive attractions.
Universal CityWalk In Orlando
Universal CityWalk is excellent for dining opportunities and shopping. You can even fun with a round of mini golf or catch a flick at the Cinemark movie theater.
Or head over to the Universal Orlando resorts for fun! Bowling at Cabana Bay? Arcade fun at the Portofino Resort? There are plenty of options for fun!
