What You Need to Know about Universal Orlando’s Package Pick Up!
Have you ever gone to Universal Orlando’s awesome theme parks and found the perfect souvenir? But then decided you did not want to carry it around the entire day and passed on it? Or maybe you found the perfect gift and told yourself you would pick it up on your way out only to forget or find the store closed earlier.
Well Universal has a really simple (and free) option to help you with that. Here is everything you need to know about Universal Orlando’s package pick up!

What is Universal Orlando’s Package Pick up?

When you discover your perfect finds and amazing souvenirs you don’t have to carry them around the park with you!
How cool is that? Universal Orlando offers a free service where your purchases are transported to a specific location that you can easily pick up on your way out! The service is available at all of the parks.
When Will my Universal Packages Be Ready?
All packages are ready approximately 3 hours after purchasing between 11 am-midnight. Simply let the merchandise team member know that you want to use package pick up.
They will help you complete a Package Pick up form and take care of it from there. Super easy and convenient.
Where Do I Go?

Simply head to the park exit. Designated Package Pick Up Locations are:
- Universal CityWalk –For purchases from Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida, your pick up location is the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk. This is perfect as you pass this location as you leave the parks.
- Universal’s Volcano Bay – For purchases from Universal’s Volcano Bay, your pick up location is the Waturi Marketplace. Super easy and located near the exit turnstiles.
Do They Deliver to the Hotels?
Yep! A perk for staying on property at a Universal Orlando hotel. All purchased merchandise is delivered directly to your hotel for free.
A few things to note:
- Packages are available the next day at luggage services or at the front desk.
- Package deliveries are made the following day (after your purchase) between 9 am and 4 pm, so plan accordingly.
- You cannot use package delivery the day of your check out. Please use the pick-up services in the park.
